WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
All fitness classes and plans can be tailored to suit you and the equipment you have. We would mostly use body weight exercises to achieve your goals but the most useful equipment to get the most out of our training would be dumbbells, a kettlebell, a fitness mat, and or resistance bands.
HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?
I take a strong holistic approach which encompasses the individual and their goals alongside any nutrition and health advice. I have experience with conditions such as gastric issues , polycystic ovary syndrome and other hormonal issues. I also specialise in pre and post natal coaching.
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
Not at all. I include all nutrition guidance and healthy recipes with every personal training plan.
